1. **Refund Eligibility:**
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must remain in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items, custom orders, and final sale items are ineligible for refunds.
2. **Initiating a Refund:**
- Contact our Customer Support Team at support@2pints.com with your order number and reason
for return.
- Upon approval, a return shipping label will be provided.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received
and inspected.
3. **Shipping and Handling:**
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or
incorrect.
4. **Exchanges:**
- We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original product for a
refund and place a new order.
5. **Damaged or Defective Products:**
- For items that arrive damaged or defective, please email support@2pints.com within 48 hours of
receipt, including photographs and a detailed description. We will arrange a replacement or issue a
full refund.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
